Energy Miser®
|
IThe Energy Miser® Insulation System is guaranteed to dramatically improve the energy efficiency of a building because it is one of the few insulation systems that is ASTM C-1363 Hot-Box Tested, which guarantees the in-place r-values of the system. The Energy Miser® System stands apart from other insulation systems because a layer of fiberglass blanket insulation is installed below the purlins/bar joists and eliminates thermal bridging. It can be suspended from the structural steel of a building to virtually any length. Aesthetically pleasing and available in white, black and silver finishes the Energy Miser® System offers maximum utility savings at an economical price.

This high R-value insulation system consists of a white support fabric, painted steel banding and fiberglass blanket insulation. The fabric is fastened to the inside of the purlins and girts in a metal building and is supported by the banding. The insulation is installed on top of the fabric, in between the purlins and over the top of the purlins. The finish is bright, durable and requires little maintenance.

The ICA Reflective Ceiling System is an excellent choice for customers who are looking to improve the overall appearance of their facility without the cost of additional insulation. The fabric will cover unsightly old and torn up insulation that is already installed between or above the purlins. The fabric is held in place by a cable system and can be dropped down to cover all of the existing steel to show a clean white interior finish. The fabric panels allow for easy access to the roof and can be easily replaced if needed.

The Energy Saver Reflective Fabric Ceiling is a good way to hide old or torn up insulation that has been installed above the purlins. The overall appearance of a facility can be improved dramatically without the cost of additional insulation. The fabric is attached to the bottom of the purlins and is held in place by white steel banding.
