	Emulsion Color Treatment	NECT-90	click to enlarge A hydrous, multiple polymer formulation of resin solids, color pigments and specially formulated tint base that allows for a wide range of color options. NECT-90 has the ability to change the color of masonry without a recurring maintenance problem on above grade vertical surfaces. It has been used for matching additions, adding new color, decorative banding and problem solving of mismatched masonry with excellent results.
	Water Repellent Treatment	NWRT-91	click to enlarge Nawkaw Water Repellent Treatment has been developed as a dual-purpose product. It will add any desired color to masonry and repels water from significantly penetrating the vertical masonry surface, and this is done with a one step application process. NWRT-91 repels water and protects the masonry against deterioration caused by air borne chemicals including acid rain. NWRT-91 will allow moisture vapors to escape and therefore will not promote spalling or similar failure due to moisture trapped in the wall.
	Water Repellent Treatment	NUBW-66 (Nubeader-W)	click to enlarge A water based, clear, penetrating water repellent formulated to provide extensive moisture protection to above grade vertical masonry surfaces. NUBW-66 has been formulated as a water based repellent for use on average porosity masonry. It significantly reduces the water penetration that can cause unsightly appearances and costly repairs. NUBW-66 will allow moisture vapors to escape and therefore will not promote spalling or similar failure due to moisture trapped in the wall.
	Emulsion Gloss Treatment	NEGT-64	click to enlarge Formulated to produce a shine or gloss appearance to masonry walls without sealing in moisture vapors. Architects and building owners may use this product to create new or different appearances to existing buildings, once applied this product becomes an integral part of the wall.
	Masonry Binding Treatment	NBDR-89	click to enlarge Designed to assist manufacturers, masons, architects and building owners in bonding loose surface materials like sand or loose powdered pigments to the masonry walls. NBDR-89 becomes an integral part of the wall after application and will allow moisture vapours to escape and therefore, not promote spalling or similar failures due to moisture trapped in the wall.
	Nawkaw wins MIP contest at World of Concrete		click to enlarge Winners have been selected for the 2009 Most Innovative Products (MIP) contest held during the World of Concrete in Las Vegas. The contest allows manufacturers an opportunity to spotlight their new product during one of the largest concrete events of the year. Show attendees voted for the products while at the event. In addition, a panel of industry experts reviewed the entries to decide which products they felt were most innovative. Nawkaw’s entry of RECKLI photo-engraved formliners won the Decorative Concrete Category in the Experts’ Choice Division. Photographic images are scanned and translated into a series of grayscale linear areas. This information is then transferred to an electronic code. To engrave the formliners, Reckli uses a computer-based method of transferring this code onto templates utilizing a computer numerical control (CNC) milling machine. Once the template is created, casting of the photoengraved formliners can begin. The reusability of each formliner depends upon the depth and detail of the engraved image.
