Overview:
TrusSteel is the product of over fifty years of combined experience in the truss and Cold-Formed Steel building products industry. Built upon the extensive truss engineering and software knowledge of Alpine, an experienced staff of CFS design engineers and many years of designing and building efficient trusses, it is no surprise that more TrusSteel trusses are installed on commercial projects each year than any other proprietary CFS truss system.

ARC Curved Trusses
|
TrusSteel is proud to introduce ARC curved trusses. ARC trusses offer smoothly-curved (not segmented) top and/or bottom chords that make these trusses the perfect solution for framing curved roofs, arched or barrel-vaulted canopies, or any design element with an arc or radius curve.
ARC trusses can span up to 80 foot clear (depending upon configuration). Overhangs or cantilevers are no problem. For tall roofs, ARC trusses can work in piggyback truss situations. For long spans, ARC trusses can be fabricated and shipped in sections and spliced at the job site.

The unique proprietary chord shapes and fastening technology combine to give TrusSteel trusses the highest strength-to-weight ratio of all CFS truss systems. And, these trusses are exceptionally stiff and resistant to out-of-plane bending.

TrusSteel engineers review preliminary truss designs, generated by the local fabricator's truss technician, and produce final truss designs. TrusSteel engineers can supply sealed truss designs for every state in the USA (S.E. seals where required). All trusses require bracing. Your local TrusSteel fabricator can provide you with drawings that illustrate how and where you can connect bracing and other framing to TrusSteel trusses.

TrusSteel CFS trusses provide the same span capabilities and design flexibility as wood trusses. And, the pre-engineered system allows much greater flexibility than steel 'C' truss framing. As a result, you can design in familiar roof lines- pitched or flat, with hips, gables, gambrels, monos, mansards, cantilevers, overhangs, scissors, flat floor, and now even curved trusses. This design flexibility makes TrusSteel trusses ideal for almost any building type-new construction, retrofit, commercial, institutional, military, educational, industrial and municipal structures.
