Peel & Seal® PowerBond™ White is specifically designed for low-slope roof applications and is ideal for mobile homes, trailers, RVs, sun rooms, and over metal roofs.
Peel & Seal® PowerBond™ White 250 is thinner and more aggressive than normal Peel & Seal®, making it easier to install. It is specifically designed to tape seams on insulated aluminum panels or can be used as a flashing material for roof and gutter repair, window flashing and as a general-purpose waterproofing product.
[ - ] Roofing Underlayments
Black Wind & Water Seal is backed with a protective release liner which removes easily during application. The releaseliner is slit in the middle for easy valley applications. The sand surface contains a high-strength non-woven fiberglass mat which is coated with a rubberized asphalt compound.

IB-3™ ShingleStarter has two self-sealing tabs, each 1.5" nominally from each edge for good adhesion. MFM Wind & Water Seal is engineered for use under all roofing materials including metal, asphalt shingles, shake or concrete shingles, and clay tiles. MFM Wind & Water Seal adheres aggressively to most clean, dry substrates including metal, plywood, OSB, foam insulation, house-wrap, rigid vinyl and masonry.
The peel and stick application allows fast installation, saving time and labor. The membrane is waterproof and self-sealing around nails and other penetrations. ShingleStarter may be adhered directly to the roof deck or to Wind & Water Seal™ self-adhering underlayments.
StormStopper™ FSU installs under roofing at edges, eaves, valleys, skylights and chimneys to protect from leaks due to ice dams, melting snow and wind-driven rain. It is suitable for shingle and metal roofing systems in new construction or reroofing applications. StormStopper™ FSU is NOT recommended for extreme high temperature applications such as under copper or zinc metal roofing. Adheres to most clean, dry substrates. The advanced asphalt adhesive used in StormStopper™ FSU bonds aggressively to the substrate and seals around fasteners to prevent damage caused by water penetration. The product is ideal as a secondary water resistance layer should the main roof be damaged.
STS is intended to be used as a whole-roof underlayment. It installs directly to the roof deck where the surface is clean and free of debris. STS will adhere best to a surface primed with MFM Prime-A-Seal® or similiar asphalt primer. STS™ Underlayment will withstand HIGH TEMPERATURES created by metal roofing and bonds well with foam adhesive systems and traditional nail-down roof tiles.
[ - ] Window Tapes & Flashing
The product may be used to strip in the flanges of wood, metal and vinyl windows or as a flashing wherever a uniform, dependable waterproofing barrier is required. FutureFlash® is constructed of two high-performance films with a core of specially formulated rubberized asphalt sandwiched between them. The polyethylene film is tough and resistant to tear. The polyester film adds dimensional stability to the product.
It is composed of a white polymer film that is coated with an aggressive rubberized asphalt adhesive. This advanced system will bond to the substrate and seal around fasteners to prevent damage caused by water penetration.
WindowWrap effectively stops water leaks around windows and doors while reducing outdoor noise and air infiltration. The aggressive adhesive securely bonds the window flange to the exterior wall, and the rubberized asphalt self-seals around nails and staples.
WindowWrap Butyl will prevent water leaks, air infiltration and reduce noise. This self-adhering membrane features a tough polymer film coated with an adhesive butyl rubber that remains aggressive throughout a broad temperature range.
With proper application, WindowWrap-Flex will prevent water leaks, air and insect infiltration, and reduce noise. WindowWrap-Flex is a self adhered membrane consisting of a rubberized asphalt adhesive which is laminated to cross-laminated polyethylene crepe film. The crepe film allows WindowWrap-Flex to be stretched around arched windows, doorways and other popular curved shapes.
With proper application, WindowWrap Flex PowerBond will prevent water leaks, air and insect infiltration, and reduce noise. It is a self adhered membrane consisting of a rubberized asphalt adhesive which is laminated to cross-laminated polyethylene crepe film. The crepe film allows WindowWrap Flex PowerBond to be stretched around arched windows, doorways and other popular curved shapes.
Designed for use around windows, doors, building seams and general construction. It is composed of a silver polymer film that is coated with aggressive PowerBond Adhesion Technology. This advanced system prevents damage caused by water and moisture penetration.
[ - ] Construction Tapes
Use MFM Roof Deck Tape to tape all joints and seams of a roof deck, preventing water from entering the structure. Once the joints and seams are taped, the roof may be covered with roofing felt, synthetic or self-adhering underlayment. Should the main roof fail, Roof Deck Tape will prevent water from entering the structure between the roof deck panels.
The superb flexibility makes application proceed quickly, while the self-sealing qualities of RidgeSeal create an excellent weather- and insect-blocking barrier. And because of its strength, composition and durable UV-resistant surface, RidgeSeal can be left exposed after application, and prior to the installation being completed, for up to six months.
[ - ] Waterproofing Membranes
NX Seal™ is engineered to be a multi-purpose waterproofing sheet suitable for use under siding and exterior plaster. It adheres aggressively to most clean, dry substrates including metal, wood, vinyl and masonry. This advanced system will self-seal around punctures and fasteners to prevent damage caused by water penetration. This black color membrane is used as an underlayment for stucco at head, sill, chimney shoulder, pot shelves, parapets, pony walls and other general waterproofing applications.
[ - ] MFM HVAC Products
FlexClad-400 is a patented, water and weather-resistant, pre-fabricated, self-adhering, sheet-type protective membrane. The top surface is UV-resistant embossed aluminum that reflects heat and can aid in reducing energy costs. It is bonded to extremely tough, high-density polyethylene reinforcement material that is backed by a layer of aggressive, rubberized asphalt. Available in four colors: aluminum, white, gray and tan. Self-sealing around punctures, pins, screws, flanges and banding, FlexClad-400 resists water leaks and vapor transmission, reflects sunlight to reduce interior temperature, and preserves the efficiency and integrity of thermal insulation.
