RealTrim Plus™ is designed to create structure, add curb appeal, and provide easy flexibility in a changing building world. Our value begins with hand selected, tight grain, kiln dried Western SPF, a substrate recognized for both stability and environmental sustainability. RealTrim Plus™ comes primed with our enhanced ultra low VOC Hybrid Alkyd Emulsion™ primer, or with our RealTrim Plus™ ColorGuard™ Coating System. Available in any color with a warranty package up to 25 years, RealTrim Plus™ is the Natural Trim Choice for Architects and Builders who demand quality while saving time and money on their projects.
RealCorner™ is a seamless one piece solution to your inside/outside corner applications. RealCorner™ offers a cost saving solution to jobsite corner fabrication. Quick and easy installation allows you to eliminate the need to caulk the center seam. Because of its unique design, you get a high quality corner that has great curb appeal. Textured to match RealTrim™ and RealPost™, it comes primed on all sides and is available in various styles and sizes. RealCorner™ is the seamless solution to corner applications.
RealSoffit™ is another cost saving idea from Woodtone. Available in 1x4 and 1x6 End-Matched Tongue & Groove V-Joint boards, RealSoffit™ is coated with either our proprietary Hybrid Alkyd Emulsion™ primer or a semi-transparent stain (cedar tone). RealSoffit™ is made from an appearance grade Lodgepole Pine and is available in 10’-14’ lengths. Our End-Matching pattern eliminates the need to hit a stud or ceiling rafter, resulting in no jobsite waste. You only need to measure and cut where a run hits a wall - saving time and money. For in-store merchandising, RealSoffit™ is bundled in 4-piece packages. Also available in custom patterns with a variety of pre-finishing options.
RealPost™ is a uniquely designed structural porch post that is revolutionizing the building industry and drastically reducing your exterior posts costs. RealPost™ is manufactured from an appearance grade, Western Canadian SPF, the very same fiber we use to create our RealTrim™. A simple top-coat is all you need for finish the job; saving you time and money. The old fashioned way of wrapping a utility post on all four sides is no longer required thanks to RealPost™.
RealPost™ is Structurally Certified in both Canada (CCMC #13314-R) and the US (NER #703). Manufactured from premium selected fiber, RealPost™ is finger-jointed, edge-laminated, pressed, and then moulded to its final appearance grade. The finished product has both a rot warranty and a primer warranty like all the RealWood™ products, but RealPost™ is also warranted against warping, twisting, and joint separation. Simply put: No Callbacks!
RealSide™ is what you have wanted all along--actual real wood siding that is made to last and look great for years and years. Wood siding really can be low maintenance. We start with the right premium fiber cut and dried, slowly and properly, to maximize stability and consistency. RealSill™ is a time saving solution for your exterior window trim program. Our pre-primed, one piece window sill offers easy installation while maintaining the same consistent construction benefits exhibited by RealTrim™. RealSill™ is manufactured from the same high grade, hand selected Western Canadian spruce as the RealTrim™ line. The heartwood SPF yields stability and consistency in every board. FireGuard™ is a Class A certified real wood exterior trim and fascia product, coated with an intumescent material which expands upon exposure to heat or flame providing added protection against Mother Nature’s most challenging element – FIRE. FireGuard™ is the desired trim and fascia product for builders in all areas, including those with various Wildland Urban Interface fire code requirements. Available in most common profiles and dimensions, FireGuard™ provides you with the peace of mind that you have taken the additional steps to enhance the protection of your home.
FireGuard™ meets the requirements of having a Class A (formerly Class 1) Fire rating with a Flame Spread rating of less than 25.
