SpecTrim® products are a simple way to make a great impression. The amazing physical appearance of our products is a tribute to our exclusive variety of realistic wood finishes. We offer you the rich look and texture of real wood at a fraction of the cost. These heavy duty PVC veneers are adhered with heat and pressure to a medium density fiberboard (MDF) core. The result is a beautiful, high-quality product that offers great advantages over wood.
Without the waste factor required in hardwood products due to knots, splits, warping, and sap, we provide you a lower cost product with improved durability and superior color consistency. Best of all, no trees are harvested, preserving our natural resources.
In coordinating our products we offer a wider range of services than you get a first glance. Our Moldings, Wainscot, Handrail, and Valances all are pre-finished wrapped molding parts, designed with a diverse palette and selection of shapes. But the panels used on our wainscot touch on the wide range of thermal forming capability that we excel in. With no minimum requirement, we can create finished panel products with an endless variety of shapes and edge profiles that are all finished seamlessly giving a monolithic appearance that would be very cost prohibited in real wood. Since the PVC is practically impervious to chemicals these products stand up to harsh cleaning liquids, as well as graffiti, that would damage real wood products.
Then there is our Ven4ma® Wall Protection products. Our very own creation of traditional heavy duty wall sheet protection that gives you unsurpassed impact resistance and the most realistic veneer finishes ever offered in the industry. These finishes must be seen to be appreciated and then you will pass the word..."I can't believe it's not real wood!"

SpecTrim®
|
The SpecTrim® wainscot system installs easily with tongue and groove components that provide for hidden fastening. Pre-finished or Paintable. Smooth and free from defects, our wainscoting won’t split or mildew and can be cleaned with most solvents that would otherwise ruin the finish of real wood. And what’s more, joints stay tighter throughout seasonal climate changes. You can choose from five beautiful finishes and three panel styles. Although custom heights can easily be accommodated, SpecTrim® wainscoting is made available at a standard height of 36 inches. All SpecTrim® panels offer great color consistency and allow you to coordinate the wainscoting with 25 different pre-finished molding profiles.

Ven4ma®
|
Ven4ma® Protective Wallcovering is designed for use in healthcare, hospitality, food service, assisted living, retail, and corporate interior environments in high traffic areas that are subject to abuse from impact, dents, and staining.Ven4ma® is manufactured using a fire retardant acrylic/PVC colored sheet covered in a decorative rigid PVC veneer. All components are available in 15 standard super-real finishes that can be easily coordinated with our popular SpecTrim® Moldings, Wainscot, and Handrail products. Ven4ma® .050" thick sheets are available in flat and bead board styles.Ven4ma® components can be combined to create a variety of wall configurations.

SpecTrim® Valances are perfect for the hospitality industry because they provide the richness of wood without the expense or up keep. Available in medium, large and extra large in all 15 standard SpecTrim® finishes.

Special Molding Shapes- most custom shapes can be created with a minimum quantity of 2,500 linear feet using the standard Spectrim® 15 finishes. Consult factory for pricing and scheduling.
Finishes- There are many other finishes available in wood grains and solid colors. Consult factory for minimum requirements and availability. (Note: Custom finishes can be created with a minimum commitment of 3,000 linear meters of PVC veneer.)
Custom Panels- Feel free to create your own panel system as well as custom components like fluted pilasters, acoustical panels, ceiling panels, cabinet components, elevator panels, etc. using Spectrim® finishes (or other available PVC veneer finishes). Our PVC veneers may be vacuum formed for completely finished face and edges (shaped edges are easily created), miter-folded for seamless angular or boxed components, and roll laminated for traditional board fabrications for edge banding, etc. There are endless possibilities and we highly recommend that designers consult with us to explore the wide range of solutions available through our state of the art finishing and fabrication techniques.
