We convert commodities into components. From concept through CAD to finished piece, all in one.
We can perforate metal and other materials up to 1" thick, and up to 72" wide in sheet or coil. We can provide additional fabricating upon finishing, including part holes, notching, forming, corrugating, and more, to give you a complete component solution. Difficult projects are our engineering staff's bread and butter. We work with AutoCad or .PDF files via e-mail to make it easier to share ideas. We also provide stocking for many customers who require us to keep many truckloads of perforated components ready at all times. Finished products can be delivered in sheets, coils, and re-squared blanks. We work to be your partner, whether you simply need perforated stock, or need us to be an integral part of your production flow.

Tooling & Machinery

In our business tooling is everything. The perforating
process starts by designing and machining precision tools
to exacting tolerances. All of our tooling is done in house
on sophisticated CNC machinery. We design and machine precision tools to create standard and special hole sizes
from 0.045" to 4.0" diameters as well slotted, square and hexagonal perforations.
We have the capability to program our presses to create blank areas, custom logos and designs within perforated areas, finished end patterns, and place locator holes, using custom AutoCAD designs directly from your emailed files. These capabilities allow for a multitude of designs to be produced, and can eliminate subsequent production processes, at considerable potential cost savings for you.
We maintain an immense library, more than 2,000, of ready
to run tooling right in our plant. And all tooling patterns are stored in computer memory. So they're always available
if you need to recreate a production run at any
time in the future.
Many of the perforated components we make are
re-leveled in our new Herr-Voss leveling system to
provide the flattest part possible. This is critical in
the perforated panels used for computer server
cabinets and other applications.
