Our scientifically advanced, Solar Reflective coatings, Thermo-Seal™ & Eco-Therm™ Elastomeric, ensure these needs are met when applied by certified contractors for exterior concrete, stucco walls, plywood or metal, concrete tile and asphalt roofs. They are “green” technology products that exceed the newest California Title 24 energy efficiency regulations for commercial and residential buildings. Both these cool coatings lower roof and wall surface temperatures, reducing the need for cooling energy in air-conditioned buildings and make non-conditioned buildings more comfortable by reducing ceiling and wall cavity temperatures by as much as 50 degrees. Urban “Heat Island Effect” is reduced with use of these coatings. No finer energy efficient coating products than these are available.
THERMO-SEAL™ ~ was originally developed over 25 years ago for roofs in the scorching hot Australian Outback and humid, coastal Queensland. It is a concrete tile and metal roof maintenance paint system, which due to its high solar reflectance and roof coating durability,
saves costs due to both reduced use of air-conditioning and by replacing an entire repaint cycle when used on exterior walls.
ECO-THERM™ ELASTOMERIC ~ is the highest elongation (elasticity) flat and low slope, fluid applied topcoat roof product on the market. It exceeds any wall coating specification where the combination of solar reflectance and crack bridging are needed over stucco, or concrete. Eco-Therm is custom colorable and available in a range of stock colors.
