	Concrete Cleaners	Kemiko® Neutra Clean	click to enlarge An industrial strength, high performance water base sodium metasilicate cleaner for the preparation of bare concrete for staining, sealing, and recoating. It is a water viscosity, single component product with a pleasant citrus odor that does not contain any hazardous solvents and is highly recommended as a product to neutralize the residue and clean the concrete surface after staining.
	Acid Stains	Kemiko® Stone Tone	click to enlarge Decorative, low maintenance acid stain with 0-VOC. Forms permanent colors on concrete. Can be applied either to interior or exterior concrete. Exterior vertical and horizontal application is possible, such as, concrete walls of buildings, retaining walls, sound barriers, driveways, and patios. Interior applications include concrete floors and counter tops in kitchens, living, dining and recreation areas, as well as, commercial applications such as hallways, walkways, stadiums, casinos, rockwork, and statuary. Available in eight colors.
	Sealers	Kemiko® Stone Tone Sealer II	click to enlarge A high performance waterborne, water viscosity, low VOC, single component acrylic urethane polymer sealer that is very user friendly and is designed to provide resistance to water, alkali, acids, UV light, and staining. The product is a non-yellowing concrete floor coating available in clear gloss and satin finish.
		KemikoŽ SS1600 Epoxy Clear Sealer	Recommended for commercial interior applications, this is a very high performance two component water extended epoxy coating that offers excellent physical properties, a long pot life, low VOC, water clean up, low odor and is designed to be used as a thin film finishing coat for stained concrete floors.
		Kemiko® Poly Clear Sealer	Recommended for commercial exterior applications, this is a very high performance two component waterborne high solids aliphatic polyurethane coating that offers 0 VOC, UV resistance, good chemical resistance, excellent abrasion resistance that cures to a very durable film.
	Polymer Stains	Rembrandt	click to enlarge Ultra-low VOC, acrylic polymer stain. Excellent adhesive strength and wear qualities. A full palette of pigments that allow the applicator to decorate concrete with an unlimited variation of artful colors. Applied to walkways, decks, commercial and residential floors, hospitals, schools, malls, restaurants, interior or exterior concrete, plaster, polymer cement, as well as, applications to wood as a stain, wash, or faux finish.

		Kemiko® Easy Shine Wax (Mop On)	Keimko® Easy Shine is a low-VOC, extremely user-friendly, waterborne acrylic polymer wax for protecting and maintaining sealed concrete and many other finished substrates. Keimko® Easy Shine is a single component product that is designed to repel water, reduce scuffing and marring. Allows substrate to breath, is low odor, and produces a deep rich shine.
	Floor Coating Strippers	Kemiko® Easy Strip	A high performance water base, concentrated wax stripper designed for easy removal of Kemiko Stone Tone and Easy Shine waxes. Does not contain hazardous solvents. Is biodegradable.
	Water Repellant Finish	Kemiko® Sta Natural	A single component 0-VOC waterborne siloxane emulsion used to improve the water resistance of Kemiko stained concrete. It is an extremely user friendly product that repels water, reduces efflorescence and frost damage while allowing the substrate to breath.

	Removable Protective Coatings	AC940	A water based, non-hazardous temporary protective coating designed for use on fiberglass, acrylic, stainless steel and most other non-porous surfaces. AC 940 was designed to eliminate unnecessary repairs and clean up after shipping, storage, fabrication and installation. When used as directed, AC 940 will protect surfaces for up to six months (even in direct sunlight). Peels off easily leaving a clean, preserved surface.
		AC-9100	AC-9100 is a water based, air curing, hand peelable, temporary protective coating intended for use as a protective film on window glass and/or metal frames to minimize surface damage during shipping, construction, painting, and rehab.
		Bright White Booth Coating	Water based Bright White Booth Coating is a white, hand peelable, protective coating for use in paint spray booths.
		R18-41A	R18-41A is a water based, air or forced dry, hand peelable, U.V. resistant, temporary protective coating. When applied to most non-porous surfaces (glass, porcelain, fiberglass, gel coat, aluminum and stainless steel), the coating provides protection from abuse.
		Sign Mask	Sign Mask is a water based, air or forced dry, hand peelable, UV resistant, tan colored, semi-transparent, temporary protective coating that can be applied to most non-porous surfaces.
		TCP Stripper	AC Products' TPC Stripper may be used to help remove temporary protective coatings that have been applied incorrectly or are otherwise no longer peelable.
	Roofing Sealants	Flexible Seal™	A long lasting primerless, paintable, Kraton G® block copolymer based, elastomeric sealant. When used as directed, the material will seal joints or cracks to resist the passage of light, heat, cold, air, snow, wind, odor, dust and chemical contaminants. Material has a 30 year life expectancy.
