Headquartered in Northern California, Steel Studio USA’s president and founder has managed the manufacture and installation of over 200 miles of custom made stainless steel railings in the construction industry worldwide.
Our range of patented stainless steel and glass railing systems are manufactured and supplied to global destinations.
The railing systems are supplied in pre-assembled panels to custom sizes and no on-site cutting, welding or grinding is required.
All of our designs meet or exceed the IBC 2006.

- All exposed horizontal rail ends are tapped M8 (5/16") and mechanically fastened to vertical flat bars with M8 (5/16") Cap Screws, with the exception of the bottom two rails which are fastened with countersunk Allen Cap Screws.

Top horizontal rail ends are tapped M8 (5/16") and mechanically fastened to vertical flat bars with M8 (5/16") Cap Screws, while the bottom rail is fastened with Countersunk Allen Cap Screws.
- Each vertical flat bar is fitted with two complete glass bracket assemblies in other words four per panel.
Each glass bracket assembly consists of a 2" (50mm) Diameter x 15/64" (6mm) thick countersunk fixing disc, one number M8 (5/16") securing fastener, two number 3/16" (5mm) Rubber gaskets and a 1/2" (12mm) long hosepipe to slide over the securing fastener to prevent the steel touching the glass.
