Steel reinforced ISO modules offer enormous structural strength advantages over traditional wood, steel, and concrete building systems at a fraction of the cost. The recycled shipping modules can be stacked up to nine stories and withstand hurricane force winds. The steel supports and wall construction materials offer an extremely high level of fire resistance. Because of the structural strength of the modules the foundation design is simpler and less expensive allowing for more of the building budget to be applied on exterior and interior finishes.

A & S's corporate headquarters is in Scottsdale, Arizona with additional offices in Cayucos, California and Santa Fe Springs, California. Manufacturing plants are located in Fountain Hills, AZ and Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico.
